We are looking for a recent Graduate who will be a part of a diverse and cross-functional
Patient Value team. While there will be a higher emphasis to support the medical team, this is a unique opportunity to be exposed to several other functional areas including Market Access, and Stakeholder Education to develop a breadth of knowledge and experience.

This individual will have the opportunity to utilize their skills to support various activities that will support the organization on several critical processes and matters.

This is a
one-year contract position based in our Oakville, ON office.

You will contribute by:

  • Supporting the
    Medical Head on various processes while playing a part in ensuring strong maintenance and oversight on implementation of medical tactical plan, team resources and budgets.
  • Supporting the
    Medical Science Liaisons and
    Medical Solution Lead on various projects.
  • Collaborating with various stakeholders to generate insights and develop meaningful reporting.
  • Supporting
    Market Access on certain tasks and processes that will reinforce success with various Canadian Stakeholders.
  • Supporting the
    Education and Stakeholder Lead on program logistics.
  • Other tasks as assigned.

Interested? For this role we're looking for the following education, experience, and skills

  • Certificate, Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Office Administration or other related fields
  • Relevant work and/or coop/internship experience is desired
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills. Written and spoken French is an asset.
  • Solutionsoriented and learning mindset with the ability to work in a fastpaced and dynamic environment
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and in a crossfunctional team setting
  • Previous CRM and Digital platform experience will be considered an asset
  • Previous Pharmaceutical industry experience will be considered an asset
