**À propos du poste**

Vous exercerez votre emploi d'Expert - Experte en sinistre téléphone hybride auto et biens en télétravail à 4 jours, après la période de formation à l'un de nos bureaux situés à La Prairie, Waterloo, Saint-Eustache, Vaudreuil-Dorion ou Les Côteaux pour Promutuel Assurance du CSP des Rives de Montréal.

**À quoi ressemblera votre semaine de travail?**
- Effectuer l'enquête et le règlement complet des réclamations en assurance habitation et automobile des entreprises et agricole
- Déterminer les circonstances et les causes des sinistres
- Décider de la recevabilité des réclamations en fonction des contrats d'assurance
- Analyser les rapports des différents intervenants et valider la conformité des renseignements
- Établir le montant des indemnités à verser
- Communiquer l'offre de règlement aux membres-assurés
- Être appelé(e) à prendre des appels sur le DAA si débordement de notre équipe expérience membre

**Avez-vous ce profil-LÀ?**
- DEC en conseil en assurances et en services financiers ou AEC en assurance de dommages
- Permis en règle de l'AMF d'expert en sinistre (5a)
- Minimum de 2 années d'expérience pertinente
- Bilinguisme afin de desservir une clientèle anglophone
