We are seeking a talented individual to lead our Production Support team to lead troubleshooting, technical support, lesson learnt and process improvements to ensure the best product experience for our clients.
Our product is dynamic and constantly evolving to stay on the cutting edge in keeping with insights we learn from our machine learning and big data solutions.
This position will be hands on in handling technical issues as well as will provide guidance, tasking, and project management oversight of the team.
Will look at common issues and create efficiencies where possible.What You Will Do:
- Manage pipeline of tickets in Halo/Jira and ensure on time delivery
- Provide Tier 3 support in triaging production issues related to loads, proprietary tools and UI
- Experience identifying root causes of technical issues and addressing potentially complex technical problems/questions
- Document standards, processes and procedures relating to best practices, issues and resolutions
- Effectively manage multiple, competing priorities
- Be available on call (on rotation) in a support role
- Mentor and coach a small team of Solution Engineers
What You Will Need:
- Training and supervisory experience
- Basic to intermediate knowledge/experience in Digital Advertising
- Experience implementing selfhealing processes
- Software development experience including handson software programming
- Proven experience in process improvement and automation
