Job Summary:

The Coordinator, People & Culture is responsible for providing overall administrative support to the

People & Culture team, specifically as it relates to recruitment of new hires, amendment letters for internal staff and supporting documents related to disability management and entering information and data into the HRIS system.

The Coordinator, People & Culture will be required to track documentation and follow-up on missing paperwork.

Your Role:

Archway's Coordinator, People & Culture with the People & Culture program contributes by:

  • Receiving incoming paperwork for new hires and internal staff and preparing offer letters and amendment letters.
  • Ensuring job descriptions are up to date and assisting with the development of new job descriptions.
  • Sending documents to new hires and internal staff.
  • Storing documentation in appropriate folders.
  • Updating tracking sheets and following up with new hires and internal staff for required documentation.
  • Preparing template letters for disability management processes.
  • Assisting the People & Culture team, as required.


This position is a great fit for someone who has exceptional attention to detail, enjoys multi-tasking and working with deadlines.


Our Offer

  • Wage: $25.00 per hour
  • A parttime position at 28 hours per week, availability Mondays to Fridays, from 8:30 AM to
5:00 PM. Schedule to be determined.

Getting an Interview - you will be considered if you have:

  • Grade 12 education or equivalent.
  • Office Administrative Assistant Certificate is an asset.
  • At least three (3) years of experience working with documents, preferably in a human resource environment.
  • Strong computer skills and experience with Microsoft Word and Excel.

The Job Requires you to have:

  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong verbal, written and active listening communication skills.
  • Discretion and high level of confidentiality.
  • Ability to sit for extended periods of time using a screen and keyboard.
  • A satisfactory Criminal Records Check is a condition of employment.
