Job Duties/Qualifications, Skills and Abilities (QSA)

Job Duties:

  • Provides information, services, and support regarding application, admission requirements, registration, grading, transfer credit, fees, student loans, and more.
  • Reviews and assesses applications for admission to ensure they meet program requirements.
  • Collaborates with programs to manage enrollment levels.
  • Creates course sections, registers students, and handles tuition fees and refunds.
  • Produces official transcripts and program completion documentation.
  • Works with various departments to enhance student services.
  • Maintains student records and enforces institutional policies.
  • May require a criminal record check and occasional travel.

Required Qualifications, Skills, Abilities, and Experience:

  • Grade 12 with an office education diploma, business diploma, or equivalent.
  • Two years of recent administrative experience.
  • Data input proficiency and intermediate computer skills.
  • Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities and teamwork.
  • Experience in payment processing and policy application.
  • Ability to handle difficult situations and value diversity.
