Der (Sr) Area Business Manager, Neurologie (m/w/d) übernimmtalswichtiger Teildes Vertriebsteamsdie regionale Verantwortung in seinem/ihrem Vertriebsgebietundträgtmit der Entwicklung eines effektiven Customer Engagement Plans dazubei, Ziele zu erreichen und Leistungen zu maximieren.In enger cross-funktionaler Zusammenarbeit mit Marketing, Medical und Market Access werden Kundenbedürfnisse und die Marktsituation analysiert und daraus Strategien abgeleitet und umgesetzt.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Erreichen von Verkaufszielen durch die Priorisierung von Aktivitäten, die Nutzung digitaler Tools und Technologien und die Anwendung von Marketing- und Geschäftsstrategien zur Maximierung von Kundenzufriedenheit und Vertriebsergebnissen
  • Entwicklung von spezifischen Accountplänen auf lokaler Ebene
  • Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung von Fortbildungsprogrammen bei etablierten Kunden im Klinik- und niedergelassenen Bereich
  • Aufbau von neuen Kunden- und Netzwerkstrukturen, um neue Märkte zu erschließen
  • Zeitnahe Dokumentation der Maßnahmen und Bereitstellung von Informationen für das Vertriebsteam und andere interne Stakeholder (e.g. Marketing, Medical Abteilung)
  • Planung und Koordination von Kundenbesuchen und regionalen Veranstaltungen (face-to-face, virtuell und hybrid)
  • Auf- und Ausbau eines umfassenden Marktverständnisses und kontinuierliche Weiterbildung
  • Sicheres und fundiertes Arbeiten mit wissenschaftlichen Studien um das Kommunizieren auf Augenhöhe mit Fachexperten zu garantieren

Als (Sr) Area Business Manager, Neurologie (m/w/d) bringst du deine Vertriebserfahrung gewinnbringend ins Team ein. In einem komplexen Markt weißt du, über welche Kanäle du mit deinen Kunden effizient kommunizierst und kannst die Dynamik des Marktes positiv für dich und für Biogen nutzen. Du bist ein Pioneer und siehst die Chance in neuen Möglichkeiten und bist leidenschaftlich dabei, unbekannte Wege zu erschließen und bereit neue Märkte aufzubauen.

  • Berufliche Zertifizierung (Pharmareferenten Prüfung)
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Natur- oder Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Medizin oder Tiermedizin (Bachelor, Master bevorzugt)
  • Fließende Kenntnisse der Landessprache sind Voraussetzung, gute Englischkenntnisse sind erforderlich
  • Sehr gute IT-Anwenderkenntnisse und Erfahrung mit CRM-Systemen
  • Mindestens 3-5 Jahre Erfahrung im Vertrieb von Rx Produkten (Pharma Specialty Bereich), nachgewiesene und nachhaltige Erfolge beim Erreichen und Übertreffen von Verkaufszielen sowie gute Verhandlungsergebnisse
  • Eigenständiges Arbeiten sowie proaktive Zusammenarbeit mit funktionsübergreifenden Partnern – Aufbau von Netzwerken
  • Aufbau effektiver, vertrauens- und respektvoller Beziehungen mit internen/externen Kunden
  • Fähigkeit zur Gestaltung und Durchführung individueller OmniChannel Kundenpläne / Customer Journeys (E-Mail-Marketing, Durchführung von Webinaren, F2F Fortbildungsveranstaltungen)
  • Erfahrungen in der Neurologie sind wünschenswert
