Job Description:

On behalf of our client we are looking for a a Vice President to work for a global organizaiton specializing in innovative solutions for maritime software solutions. We are searching for an accomplished VP Americas to lead the Americas operations to new heights. This is an exceptional opportunity for a senior executive with a proven track record in scaling SaaS companies and driving growth in the maritime transportation industry.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Leadership: As the Vice President, you will be responsible for providing strategic direction and leadership to our global organization, with a focus on the Americas. This includes setting clear objectives, defining our vision, and ensuring all teams work cohesively toward common goals.

2. Business Growth: Drive business growth in the Americas and globally by developing and executing expansion strategies in the for maritime software solutions. Identify new markets, forge strategic partnerships, and create revenue opportunities to maximize profitability.

3. Operational Excellence: Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and productivity in a global context. Streamline processes, improve workflows, and implement best practices to achieve operational excellence in our unique domain.

4. Financial Management: Manage the financial health of the organization, including budgeting, financial forecasting, and cost control, with global reporting to Scandinavia. Monitor financial performance and make data-driven decisions to ensure sustainable growth in our specialized industry.

5. Team Leadership: Lead and inspire a high-performing team, providing guidance and mentorship to executives and staff globally. Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and excellence, recognizing the unique challenges of the maritime transportation sector.

6. Customer Focus: Maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction and the quality of our seaport ship management solutions, ensuring a strong vision for client success. Ensure our SaaS products meet or exceed customer expectations and industry standards, ensuring the safety and efficiency of maritime operations.

7. Market Awareness: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies within maritime transportation, with a global perspective. Use this market intelligence to shape our product development and market positioning in the sea port ship management sector.

Qualifications:

· Proven track record in senior leadership roles within the technology, software, or data services industry preferably within the SaaS industry, with a strong focus on maritime seaport ship management.

· In-depth understanding of SaaS business models and the unique challenges of the maritime software solutions domain.

· Exceptional strategic planning and execution skills within our specialized industry.

· Excellent financial acumen and budget management experience, with an international reporting perspective.

· Act as a strategic go-to-market leader who can bridge the gap between strategic planning and revenue growth achievement.

· Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams working in a diverse global environment.

· A customer-centric mindset and a commitment to delivering exceptional service to the maritime community, driven by a strong vision for client success.

· An entrepreneurial spirit with a focus on innovation and adaptability in a high energy culture.
