  • Build and nurture a client-centric sales environment focused on new business development, retention, and relationship building
  • Coach and develop the sales team to achieve personal and revenue targets
  • Create a business plan and sales strategy in collaboration with the Regional Sales Officer and executive team to meet company goals
  • Identify growth opportunities within the region through new contacts and driving business through Producers
  • Conduct joint sales calls with Producers to support sales efforts and initiatives
  • Motivate and guide the team towards achieving sales growth
  • Ensure producer compliance with sales initiatives
  • Develop broker relationships and recruit new brokers to meet revenue objectives
  • Accountable for regional production targets and strategies to address any shortfalls
  • Participate in regional events and represent the company as an ambassador
  • Regularly visit branches to ensure team engagement and productivity

Your Qualifications

  • Minimum of 10 years of insurance experience with at least 4 years in sales leadership
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field
  • Level 2 Insurance License or higher
  • Prompt and driven attitude towards success
  • Experience leading high-performing teams
  • Proficiency in client-centric and solution selling approach
  • Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and insurance & finance software
  • Demonstrates good judgment and reliability
