Your tasks*:

  • Manage the recruitment process; Coordinate the onboarding of employees
  • Manage and coordinate the training program
  • Participate in the planning of social events;
  • Participate in the development and implementation of human resources policies, procedures and programs; Answer employee questions about company policies
  • Advise managers on all facets of human resources management
  • Collaborate in payroll and benefits management;

Your profile*:

  • Postsecondary degree in human resources, industrial relations or equivalent.
  • Minimum of one (1) to three (3) years of experience, ideally in a production environment;
  • Fluency in French and English (essential);
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Orientation for teamwork;
  • Ability to manage priorities and organize the work to be done;
  • Mastery of the MS Office environment;
  • Member of CRHA/CRHI, an asset.
