What you'll do:


The Team Member will perform a variety of responsibilities in the operation, ensuring alignment with our Core Values and Brand.


  • Understanding and following Westview Coop's Health and Safety Program
  • Providing Exceptional service to our Team Members and Guests and living by our Brand expectations through our "You're at Home Here" motto
  • General office duties (answering phones, running mail, etc.)
  • File invoices and correspondence
  • Understanding of our Membership Program and assisting our Guests with information regarding Equity Withdrawals, Statements and T4A's
  • Maintaining Membership Master File
  • Posting payments to members accounts
  • Preparation of daily cheque deposits
  • Assist in auditing cash ups and deposits
  • Assisting Team for vacation coverage
  • Other projects and assignments as required
