To support our projects in North America we are looking for a Indigenous Liaison Lead to join our team to identify opportunities for our team to understand cultural excellence and building capacity and capability across the business and provide cultural advice and leadership to support clients to deliver on their outcomes for indigenous communities that make the difference for our clients and the communities they work within.

As our Indigenous Liaison Lead , your primary duties will include providing strong team leadership and collaboration with excellent interpersonal skills who can work with and support staff in delivery of Energy opportunities and projects and working closely with our Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Manager-NASA.

Identifying opportunities for the Energy Unit focusing on cultural excellence and building capacity and capability across the business.

Being client focussed, identifying opportunities for both internal and external clients including potential Indigenous communities and how these may be addressed in NASA business.

Promoting culturally innovative practices to deliver a high-quality service to internal and external clients.

Provide excellent Account Leadership for selected Indigenous communities and supporting our objective: Understanding client's needs and documenting how they will be achieved in pursuit plans, proposals, project plans and reporting.

Develop and lead a reconciliation action plan picking up training, hiring, inclusion and social outcomes.

To be successful, you will be able to demonstrate experience working with indigenous communities in the delivery of large-scale infrastructure.

10 years ofexperience working with indigenous communities and organisations on the delivery of large scale infrastructure projects.
Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills, documentation and technical skills are required.
E. license preferred, but not mandatory, dependent on related qualifications
Highly developed management, organizational, interpersonal, presentation/training
Demonstrated ability to manage and work with multi-disciplinary teams and possess sound judgment
Demonstrated understanding of project scopes and effective change management
Experience leading in a project environment, providing quality advice and judgement. Sound business development and stakeholder management experience.
