Analyser et procéder au règlement des demandes d'indemnisation relatives à différentes gammes de produits d'assurance :habitation, automobile, motocyclette, camionnage, assurance des entreprises, programmes de garantie

• Examiner les garanties des contrats d'assurance pour déterminer l'admissibilité des demandes d'indemnisation

• Mener des enquêtes en recueillant les déclarations, en établissant le montant des pertes, en négociant et en réglant les demandes d'indemnisation, etc.

• Évaluer la possibilité de subrogation et y avoir recours, le cas échéant

• Guider et diriger les fournisseurs externes en vue d'assurer l'efficacité du processus d'enquête, de contrôle et de règlement des demandes d'indemnisation

• Préparer la correspondance et soumettre les rapports requis

• Traiter les paiements ou les refus de paiement

• Maintenir des montants de réserves suffisants

Votre profil


• Diplôme d'études collégiales

• Avoir un permis d'expert en sinistre en assurance des particuliers et en assurance des entreprises

• Minimum de 5 années d'expérience en indemnisation

• Être titulaire du titre de PAA ou de FPAA ou être en voie de l'obtenir constitue un atout

• Le titulaire doit être bilingue (français et anglais) car il sera amené à communiquer avec des collègues et des clients d'autres provinces.

• Excellentes aptitudes analytiques, organisationnelles, de prise de décision et de résolution de problème

• Exécuter plusieurs tâches en même temps assumer des postes comportant des responsabilités croissantes relativement aux différentes gammes de produits d'assurance

• Maitriser Word et Excel
