Nous sommes présentement à la recherche d'un.e responsable pour notre succursale de Place Montréal Trust. Il s'agit d'un **poste permanent à temps partiel **et vous devez être disponible pour travailler sur des quarts variables de jour, de soir et de fin de semaine.

**Principales Responsabilités**:

- Superviser le service à la clientèle et assurer la gestion des plaintes clients ;
- Collaborer avec le Directeur et le Directeur adjoint de magasin ;
- Communiquer et mettre en place les objectifs et les stratégies de ventes aux employés ;
- Assurer le bon fonctionnement des opérations du magasin : s'assurer du respect des suivis et priorités, superviser le personnel et assigner les tâches aux employés ;
- Effectuer la formation des employés et participer au processus d'embauche et au programme d'accueil et d'intégration ;
- Participer au processus d'évaluation de performance et des dossiers disciplinaires ;
- Effectuer les ouvertures et les fermetures ;
- Contribuer à la gestion et à la planification des horaires ;
- Assurer la prévention et la gestion de la santé et sécurité au travail ;
- Participer à la planification, au déroulement de la préparation et à la vérification des inventaires, ainsi que de l'approvisionnement et des ruptures des marchandises ;
- Effectuer toutes autres tâches connexes.

**Exigences et qualifications requises**:

- 2 années d'expérience dans un poste similaire ;
- Leadership et forte orientation client ;
- Habileté à communiquer efficacement et à prendre des initiatives ;
- Aptitude à la gestion du personnel ;
- Connaissances du commerce de détail et du matériel artistique, des atouts ;
- Être disponible à travailler de jour, de soir et de fin de semaine.

We are currently looking for a Store Supervisor for our Montreal Trust Branch on a permanent part-time basis. You must be available to work variable day, evening and weekend shifts.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Supervise customer service and manage customer complaints.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager and Manager Assistant.
- Communicate and implement sales objectives and strategies to employees.
- Ensure the proper functioning of store operations: ensure compliance with follow-ups and priorities, supervise staff and assign tasks to employees.
- Perform employee training and participate in the hiring process and the welcoming and integration program.
- Participate in the performance evaluation process and disciplinary files.
- Perform openings and closings.
- Contribute to the management and planning of schedules.
- Ensure the prevention and management of health and safety at work.
- Participate in the planning, the progress of the preparation and the verification of inventories, as well as the supply and shortages of goods.
- Perform other related duties.

**Requirements and Qualifications**:

- 2 years of experience in a similar position.
- Leadership and strong customer orientation.
- Ability to communicate effectively and take initiatives.
- Ability to manage staff.
- Knowledge of retail and artistic materials, assets.
- Be available to workdays, evenings and weekends.
