Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and understand the needs of a travel advisor in terms of current business obstacles, opportunities for productivity increases, and gaps in sales and marketing solutions.
  • Develop and manage longterm member relationships with travel advisors in your portfolio.
  • Support and lead live training events, attend networking events, and be an active and visible member of our travel community.
  • Collect feedback on Ensemble platforms, and liaise with the team to fill gaps.
  • Promote Ensemble programs during every interaction with members living, breathing, and eating the benefits of our consortium.
  • Driving results by achieving monthly platform adoption and transaction targets.
  • Working collaboratively across teams to achieve success for the organization and adopting the values and culture of Ensemble, and most important drive value to our members.
  • Travel up to 30% of time.
  • Complete administrative tasks on time (e.g., Expense Reporting, Weekly Activity Reports, Business Plans, etc.)

Qualifications

  • Minimum three years in sales (travel agency sales preferred) with proven results.
  • Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills and an ability to communicate effectively with executives.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence behaviour change is critical.
  • Entrepreneurial attitude and ownership mentality (no task is too small) with strong judgment, attention to detail and an analytical mind.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment, to meet tight deadlines, and to adapt quickly to shifting priorities.
  • Low ego and highly collaborative style.
  • Able to effectively manage ambiguity and change while working on cross functional projects and initiatives.
  • Naturally curious with a strong determination to work around obstacles.
  • Collaborative and confident with sound judgment.
  • Unquestionable integrity, high energy, and a sense of urgency.
  • Strong analytical stills with good financial and business acumen.
  • Competent with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Outlook, OneDrive, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, SharePoint and Teams.
