As a result of our continued growth, we are now looking for an experienced Analyst to support our Business Operations and Mergers & Acquisitions functions.


Responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining and developing revenue and resourcing projections in Excel and other systems, in collaboration with agency colleagues
  • Conducting research and summarizing findings
  • Assisting senior colleagues on a range of projects and tasks relating to both daytoday business operations and M&A activity
  • Creating data driven reports and dashboards
  • Creating financial models

We're looking for someone with:

  • 13 years of relevant experience with demonstrated analytical abilities
  • A bachelor's or master's degree in a related field
  • Strong computer literacy with emphasis on Excel, PowerPoint, and Word presentation skills
  • A strong work ethic, ability to manage multiple tasks whilst maintaining very strong attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective working relationships across the organization, an ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • A good understanding of financial terms and data
  • A desire to learn and grow with the role
  • Experience creating financial models and/or dashboards is a plus
