Inventory Clerk - Casual position


Are you passionate about supporting the various functions performed under inventory management? Reporting to the Senior Manager, Inventory you will be collaborating with internal and external teams to help maintain optimal inventory levels.

If you are organized, keen learner and detail oriented, then this role is for you


About the Role- Process workflow orders in a timely manner and ensure accuracy of information, including pricing, quantities, and delivery dates.- Collaborate within the inventory team to ensure appropriate quantities of product is available to meet customer demand.- Review inventory position, replenishment parameters and constraints to determine appropriate levels of stock.- Monitor purchase order movement across different business units.- Ad-hoc reporting on inventory levels, stock status and purchase orders that require further follow up with internal or external partners.- Provide general overflow support within the team and perform other responsibilities as assigned.


About You- Post-secondary education in Supply Chain Management and/or Business Administration, or equivalent experience.- Familiarity with inventory management and supply chain fundamentals.- Basic to intermediate level knowledge of Microsoft office suite (Access, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook).- Analytical, mathematical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.- Ability to balance workload in fast paced environment with an outstanding attention to detail.- Previous experience with demand planning, forecasting and replenishment systems is an asset.
