Job Summary

The Inventory Clerk will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory levels, processing purchases, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels, verify stock availability, and reconcile physical inventories with computer counts.
  • Purchasing: Process purchases, prepare requisition orders, and obtain price quotations from suppliers.
  • Customer Service: Provide information on available materials, calculate costs of orders, and resolve delivery and other problems with suppliers.
  • Inventory Control: Set up and maintain inventory control systems, monitor inventory levels, and prepare inventory reports.
  • Warehouse Operations: Unpack goods received, verify receipts and packing slips, and pack items for shipping and distribution.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Work Environment

The Inventory Clerk will work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with a team of professionals.

Language

The primary language of work is English.

Hours of Work

The hours of work are 40 hours per week.
