As an Associate Brand Manager, your mandate will be to ensure the coherence and consistency of our brand. You're responsible for the definition and production of marketing campaigns and assets and you ensure the promotion of the game. As a member of the marketing team and under the supervision of the Senior Brand Manager, you will collaborate with the marketing team, the production team, and the player experience team to reach your goals. **In this role you will**:

- Developing the short to mid-term marketing strategy for your product and clearly maintaining the product vision and goals;
- Work closely with the different teams to optimize and execute the marketing strategy;
- Acting as the product owner by overseeing multiple projects at once, helping set the vision while creating alignment for all levels of development.
- Managing the relationship with external and internal partners to produce high-value assets (CGI trailers, illustrations, gameplay videos, etc.);
- Anticipating bottlenecks, providing escalation management, anticipating and making trade-offs, and balancing the business needs versus technical constraints;
- Establish a constant dialogue between the brand team, the external partners, and the various internal teams to ensure alignment on the objectives and creative vision;
- Being capable of translating insights into valuable product recommendations;
- Collaborating directly with key stakeholders (production, creative teams, communication teams, sales, and partnership teams.) to define successful marketing campaigns, produce high-quality assets and execute the marketing strategy;
- Executing Post-mortems and adapting the strategy and assets accordingly.

**What we're looking for**:

- 3+ years experience in marketing in video games, knowledge of live products is a strong plus;
- Product management experience is required;
- Excellent people skills with an ego-less approach to collaboration;
- Strong analytical skills and result-oriented;
- Excellent English communication skills, both oral and written;
- Excellent knowledge and passion for the video game industry;
- Rigorous, diplomatic, and creative.

**Dans ce rôle vous devrez**:

- Développer la stratégie marketing à court et moyen terme pour votre produit, en maintenant clairement la vision et les objectifs du produit ;
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les différentes équipes pour optimiser et exécuter la stratégie marketing ;
- Agir en tant que propriétaire du produit en supervisant plusieurs projets simultanément, en aidant à définir la vision tout en créant une cohérence à tous les niveaux du développement ;
- Gérer la relation avec les partenaires externes et internes pour produire des éléments de grande valeur (bandes-annonces CGI, illustrations, vidéos de gameplay, etc.) ;
- Anticiper les obstacles, gérer les situations nécessitant un échelonnage, anticiper et prendre des décisions en fonction des contraintes commerciales et techniques ;
- Établir un dialogue constant entre l'équipe de marque, les partenaires externes et les différentes équipes internes pour assurer une cohérence des objectifs et de la vision créative ;
- Être capable de traduire les observations en recommandations pertinentes pour le produit ;
- Collaborer directement avec les parties prenantes clés (production, équipes créatives, équipes de communication, ventes et partenariats) pour définir des campagnes marketing réussies, produire des éléments de haute qualité et exécuter la stratégie marketing ;
- Réaliser des bilans post-mortem et adapter la stratégie et les éléments en conséquence.

**Ce que nous recherchons**:

- 3+ années d'expérience en marketing dans l'industrie des jeux vidéo, une connaissance des produits en direct est un atout important ;
- Une expérience en gestion de produit est requise ;
- Excellentes compétences relationnelles avec une approche collaborative ;
- Solides compétences analytiques et axées sur les résultats ;
- Excellentes compétences en communication en anglais, à l'oral et à l'écrit ;
- Excellente connaissance et passion pour l'industrie du jeu vidéo ;
- Rigoureux, diplomate et créatif.
