CTG is seeking to fill a Level II Deskside Support Technician/Team Lead opening for our client in Vernon, TX.
Location: Vernon, TX
Duration: 3 months
Duties:
Directs site installations, provides centralized technical leadership, and serves as liaison to IT support. Assists with troubleshooting, QA, and reporting responsibilities. Works with and updates the Project Coordinator/Project Manager with written reports and documentation as needed. Install/setup new PCs. Ensures that asset imaging and deployment data is recorded in the NOMAD deployment portal. Performs on-site procedures and guidelines. Provides daily team member attendance updates and end of day status reports.Experience:
2 years' experience (ideally with 1 year of refreshing)Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
