Responsibilities:

  • Operate and maintain blasting equipment to remove paint, rust, or other debris from surfaces
  • Prepare surfaces for painting or coating by sandblasting or shot blasting
  • Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate protective gear while operating equipment
  • Inspect equipment for any defects or malfunctions and report any issues to supervisor
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications:

  • Experience operating heavy equipment such as cranes, forklifts, and rigging equipment
  • Mechanical knowledge and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues
  • Proficient in horizontal drilling techniques
  • Familiarity with oil and gas industry standards and regulations
  • Ability to dig trenches and build structures as required
  • Commercial driving experience preferred

Job Type:
Fixed term contract

Salary:
Up to $30.13 per hour
