About the Position:

The Senior Brand Designer will be part of our multidisciplinary team in Toronto, working closely with Design Directors, Creative Directors, and other Senior Designers to deliver high-quality design solutions. This role requires excellent attention to detail, strong conceptual thinking, and the ability to work collaboratively to achieve design integrity and brand alignment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop innovative brand designs, digital experiences, and concepts in collaboration with design leads, brand strategists, and clients.
  • Execute end-to-end brand projects, including research, trend analysis, and competitor analysis.
  • Design wireframes, screens, and prototypes to illustrate product behavior.
  • Establish style guidelines for type, color usage, patterns, UI, iconography, illustration, motion, 3D, photography, and videography.
  • Participate in all project phases, from strategy to launch and optimization.
  • Present work and interface with clients, demonstrating strong leadership and teamwork skills.
  • Design new, innovative layouts and designs that scale and flex across different platforms.
  • Achieve user-centric design, considering accessibility, technology platforms, and contextual storytelling.
  • Build websites, develop component-based design systems, and adapt brand guidelines to create scalable systems.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Cinema 4D.
Bonus Experience:
  • Experience working with crypto, NFTs, blockchain technology, and Web3.
  • Experience with 3D design, modeling, and rendering.
  • Experience designing interactive websites using WebGL, React Three Fiber, Unity, Unreal Engine, GSAP.
  • Additional spoken and written languages.
