Facilitating understanding of e4c's evolving external environment

  • Support the ongoing monitoring of e4c's external environment as it impacts our Strategic Plan
  • Information analysis and sensemaking that contributes to validating and updating of e4c's Strategic Assumptions, and the renewal of our Strategic Plan
  • Collaborate on the collection of input from persons served and stakeholders
  • Use and model practices and tools that advance adaptation to external environmental changes
  • Coordinate the analysis and presentation of research evidence, principled practices, and promising innovations that are material to our work
  • Foster and build external relations that will increase the knowledge base for the organization
  • Codevelop and support learning and development activities that ensure consistent, inclusive, and rigorous community engagement
  • Support the tracking and social network analysis of e4c's important external relationships

Facilitating measurement of e4c's strategic progress

  • Help leaders to create benchmarks and targets, and to track progress on e4c's Strategic Fiduciary Measures
  • Assist program and business areas to evaluate their performance and outcomes
  • Advise on operational planning and continuous improvement
  • Research and present options of relevant, consistent, communitybased, and inclusive evaluation metrics, processes, and tools
  • Support with logistics to maintain and demonstrate conformance to accreditation and other standards
  • Monitor the intersection of organizational risk management with strategic progress

Facilitating advancement in e4c's Strategic Direction and Priorities

  • Help leaders to create ongoing staff engagement with e4c's Strategic Plan, Direction, and Priorities
  • Continuous improvement of the organization's understanding and practice in poverty reduction and our Foundational Commitments
  • Monitor strategic alignment of agency and program operational plans
  • Use strengthsbased, relational, and project management approaches, practices, and tools
  • Continuous monitoring of internal organizational data as it impacts our Strategic Plan
  • Develop information sharing materials for internal and external distribution through collaboration with the Strategy Lead and communications team
  • Develop, research, write, and present reports, dashboards, presentations, and white papers that will guide decision making

Administrative

  • Support development and maintenance of digital resource library
  • Support and contributes to communitybased research projects
  • Other duties may be assigned as needed

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years progressive experience in a role that operated at an organization/corporate level
  • 3+ years' experience conducting stakeholder engagement
  • 3+ years' experience conducting outcomes analysis in the notforprofit sector
  • 3+ years in integrated project management between diverse stakeholders
  • Demonstrated success in the development, analysis, interpretation and management of a variety of complex data sources
  • Demonstrated advanced knowledge in statistical principles, analytical techniques and methods, and outcome measurement system development
  • Superior skills at analyzing and interpreting data to clearly articulate impact of programs, services, initiatives, or projects
  • Recent experience/exposure to different approaches to evaluation
  • Experience with communitybased research, group facilitation, and engagement of vulnerable populations
  • Skilled at database development and information management
  • High level of skill with creating data visualizations, flowcharts, and other process documents
  • Excellent communication and superior writing ability including white papers, environmental scans, policies, and position papers
  • Advanced problemsolving skills
  • Has a broad understanding of quality improvement principles
  • Ability to demonstrate strong critical thinking skills and interpret findings based on contextual analysis
  • Experience with relevant technologies to support efficient and effective execution of job duties
  • Experience building the capacity of others as it relates to measurement and reporting
  • Experience working in the vulnerable/notforprofit sector
  • Has awareness and sensitivity of the complex intersectionality of people in the community
  • Knowledge of community organizations
  • Well organized, consistent attention to detail, and uses good judgement
  • Selfmotivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as a member of a team
