Position Summary:
Tacten is currently looking for
IRATA Technicians Level 1 and 2 and 3 to support projects in the Atlantic Region (Saint John NB. and area). If you are seeking a dynamic industrial environment with opportunities for individual growth and learning, this is for you.

  • Accommodations, flights and LOA provided if required
  • Additional Call out and project work through June, July and August, September
  • Hours determined by project and client requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with a wide range of maintenance and repair tasks at height
  • Proficient in using various tools and techniques while suspended on ropes
  • Coordinate with other personnel on the job site to ensure a safe working environment for themselves and others

Requirements:

IRATA Level 1 Certification (Preference given to individual with IRATA Level 2 and IRATA Level 3):

  • Skilled Labourer Ticket is an asset
  • Current safety certificates as per client and provincial standards
  • Industrial experience an asset
  • Strong work ethic
  • Ability to maintain positive working relations with clients and coworkers
  • Exceptional safety and quality awareness
  • Ability to solve problems and manage time effectively
  • Selfmotivated and capable of working at a high technical and performance level
  • Valid driver's license
  • Clean driver's abstract
