Langley, Canada Glass House Estate Winery Full time

_We are currently seeking Servers to join us at Glass House Estate Winery in Langley_

This is a fixed-term opportunity ending September 30th, 2023, with the opportunity for an extension. Part-time and full-time hours available

Responsibilities of a Server include:

  • Extensive knowledge of all food and beverage offerings
  • Executing food and drink orders in a timely manner
  • Ensuring food and drink quality is as per organizational standards
  • Communicating all current JRG promotions to guests
  • Handling cash and credit card transactions in a professional and timely manner
  • Adhering to JRG Policies and Procedures including daily implementation of the 18 Steps of Service
  • Assist with daily and weekly scheduled environment cleaning practices

Working Conditions:

  • Hours and shifts may vary. Includes working evenings, weekends and holidays.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Previous experience working in restaurants or hospitality in roles such as Server, Host, Expeditor
  • Valid Serving It Right Certification and thorough understanding of responsible alcohol service
  • Excellent wine knowledge (WSET Certification considered an asset)


Glass House Estate Winery is a family owned vineyard and boutique winery producing hand selected, single vineyard, low yield artisan wine located in beautiful South Langley along the Campbell Valley Wine Route.

Glass House Estate Winery is managed and operated by The Joseph Richard Group who is proud to be building on the founder's legacy of carefully crafted wines while introducing a bespoke menu of curated wine-pairing-dishes.
