Job duties include, but are not limited to:

• Client booking and scheduling

• Answering phones and client questions

• Attending to the needs of the facility

• Monitoring overall cleanliness of the facility

• Closing of the facility – Check-list: – lights off, set alarm, lock studio, etc.

• Cooperating with management and instructors

• Communicating with instructors regarding schedules

• Handling administrative paperwork

• Monitoring instructors' records

• Client payment processing

• Carrying out Digital Marketing tasks

• Other job duties to be determined by the management


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage time efficiently

• Familiar with Microsoft office, Google systems, and booking software, or possess the capacity to learn the software and systems

• Strong listening and phone presentation skills

• Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy

• Strong organisational skills

• Leadership skills

• 1 year of front desk experience required (Fitness front office experience preferred)
