As the Chief Product Officer, you will have the ultimate responsibility for the company's product strategy, development, and success. Responsibilities:
  • Define and execute the company's overall product strategy, aligning it with the business goals and objectives of Mani Wonders Inc.
  • Lead a team of product managers, designers, and engineers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to drive their success and professional growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, marketing, and operations, to develop and prioritize product roadmaps.
  • Drive product innovation by identifying market trends, customer needs, and emerging technologies.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the target market, customer segments, and user personas.
  • Oversee the product development process, from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery and successful execution.
  • Define product requirements and specifications based on customer insights, market analysis, and business objectives.
  • Work closely with the design and engineering teams to translate product concepts into tangible, innovative solutions.
  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality products that meet customer expectations and quality standards.
  • Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to optimize product features and user experience.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies, product messaging, and sales enablement materials.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement and product enhancements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and suppliers.
  • Manage product budgets, resources, and timelines to ensure efficient utilization and successful product delivery.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technology advancements, and market disruptions to inform product strategy.
  • Act as the product evangelist, representing Mani Wonders Inc. in industry events, conferences, and customer meetings.
  • Report to the executive team, providing regular updates on product strategy, roadmap, and performance.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Design, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
  • Proven experience as a Chief Product Officer, Vice President of Product, or a similar executive leadership role.
  • Strong track record of successfully developing and launching innovative products in a fast-paced environment.
  • Deep understanding of product management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities, with a data-driven and customer-centric mindset.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Experience in the Engineering/Ecommerce industry or a related field is highly desirable.
