In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the Agile Release Train (ART) and ensuring the successful delivery of IT initiatives within our organization.

While proficiency in Agile methodologies is essential, experience in project management, including Waterfall approaches, is highly valued.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT project management, coupled with a solid understanding of the pharmaceutical and diagnostics industry.

Serve as the Release Train Engineer (RTE) for one or more Agile Release Trains (ARTs), facilitating Agile ceremonies and driving the delivery of IT solutions.

Collaborate with Product Managers, Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and other stakeholders to prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute IT releases, leveraging Agile methodologies and drawing on project management principles as needed.

Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, applying best practices from Agile and traditional project management frameworks.

Act as a liaison between IT and business stakeholders, communicating project status, risks, and dependencies effectively as well as mentor and coach team members on Agile principles and practices, as well as project management techniques.

Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in IT project management, adapting methodologies to suit project needs and organizational goals.

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems or a related study with 5-7 years of relevant experience as an RTE/project manager.

~ Have business domain knowledge in one or more of the following area(s): pharmaceutical research, product development, clinical trials, regulatory and safety

~ Advanced problem-solving and decision-making skills, capable of addressing complex issues and managing risks.
Certified SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE) or equivalent Agile certification preferred.
Familiarity with project management frameworks, including Waterfall, is advantageous.
