GESTIONNAIRE D'ÉQUIPE – Services en matière de violence faite aux femmes (VFF)

Bilinguisme (anglais et français) requis

Le ou la gestionnaire de l'équipe Services en matière de violence faite aux femmes (VFF) est responsable et rend compte de la coordination et de la mise en œuvre de différents programmes, notamment le counseling en matière de VFF, le programme de transition et d'aide au logement, le programme pour les enfants témoins de violences et le projet de services intégrés SAE/VFF en partenariat avec la Société de l'aide à l'enfance. Il ou elle veille à l'évolution permanente de ces programmes et à la prestation et à l'évaluation des services, et ce, dans le cadre de la philosophie et des orientations stratégiques du CRCOO.

Les programmes VFF sont offerts de nombreuses localités des environs d'Ottawa, le ou la gestionnaire d'équipe devant en assurer la supervision là où ils sont fournis. Il ou elle fait partie de l'équipe de direction et est responsable de tous les aspects de la gestion et de l'administration du personnel pour les équipes VFF. Le ou la gestionnaire d'équipe travaille étroitement avec ses homologues du CRCOO à l'intégration des services dans une perspective interfonctionnelle, et ce, en vue d'améliorer la coordination des soins et des services offerts à la clientèle dans tout le Centre. Le ou la gestionnaire d'équipe collabore avec des groupes et des organismes externes afin de garantir l'efficacité et l'exhaustivité de la prestation des services ainsi que de représenter le CRCOO au sein de différents regroupements et réseaux cherchant à agir sur les déterminants globaux de la santé.

  • En raison de la multiplicité des lieux de prestation des services, ce poste exige une grande mobilité et on s'attend à ce que le ou la gestionnaire travaille régulièrement à ces différents endroits.
Formation et expérience
  • Maîtrise ou diplôme de premier cycle en travail social, en psychologie de l'orientation, en sciences de la santé ou en sciences sociales, ou combinaison équivalente d'études et d'expériences pertinentes
  • Minimum de cinq (5) ans d'expérience de la gestion d'une équipe multidisciplinaire, y compris en matière de supervision du personnel
  • Expérience du travail avec des femmes victimes de violence ainsi que des interventions en cas de crise et des thérapies brèves
  • Connaissance attestée d'un modèle communautaire de prestation de services de santé et des principes féministes et engagement vis à vis d'un tel modèle et de tels principes
  • Connaissance de la Loi sur les services à l'enfance et à la famille
  • Connaissance de la Loi sur la santé mentale
  • Connaissance de la prestation des services de santé et des services sociaux à Ottawa et dans la grande région Champlain
  • Connaissance des principes généraux de la gestion, notamment de la gestion financière et de la gestion des ressources humaines
  • Expérience de l'élaboration et de l'évaluation de programmes
  • Solides compétences en matière de planification, de prise de décision, de leadership et d'organisation
  • Compétences liées à la gestion du changement
  • Capacité démontrée à déterminer les besoins de collectivités diversifiées et à y répondre
  • Excellentes compétences en communication écrite et orale
  • Savoir faire en matière de promotion du travail d'équipe
  • Compétences avérées en matière de résolution des conflits
  • Connaissance et expérience du travail avec des bénévoles
  • Capacité démontrée à faire preuve de souplesse et d'efficacité dans un contexte en évolution rapide caractérisé par des délais serrés et la multiplicité des besoins des clients des programmes
  • Anglais oral et écrit courant exigé
  • Français oral et écrit courant exigé
    Niveau de compétence linguistique requis en français
    • Expression orale = Avancé Plus (A)
    • Compréhension orale = Avancé Plus (A)
    • Compréhension écrite = Avancé Plus (A)
    • Expression écrite = Intermédiaire (B+)
  • La connaissance d'autres langues utilisées au sein des collectivités auxquelles le Centre offre ses services constitue un atout.

  • Permis de conduire valide et disponibilité d'un véhicule avec une assurance responsabilité d'un montant de 2 millions de dollars exigés
  • En raison de la multiplicité des lieux de prestation des services, ce poste exige une grande mobilité et on s'attend à ce que le ou la gestionnaire travaille régulièrement à ces différents endroits.
