- Répondre aux appels entrants en français en établissant des connexions et en offrant des solutions dans un environnement de changements rapides
- Offrez des expériences client de première classe en répondant aux questions, en faisant la résolution des problèmes et en fournissant des informations en réponse aux préoccupations et aux demandes
- Informer les clients sur les fonctionnalités actuelles des produits, leur facturations, et sur toutes les offres et promotions applicables, en soulignant leur valeur globale.
- Proposer des solutions alternatives lorsqu'approprier dans le but de fidéliser les clients

**Qualifications, aptitudes et expériences requises**
- Compétences de base en navigation sur PC, y compris l'expérience de base des moteurs de recherche, la navigation dans le navigateur, la saisie d'URL, le remplissage de formulaires en ligne, etc.
- Capable de lire et écrire l'anglais à un niveau intermédiaire
- Disponibilité de travailler le soir et le week-end
- Capacité d'établir des relations avec les clients et de les aider à répondre à leurs besoins changeants.
- Excellentes capacités d'écoute et de communication, à l'écrit et à l'oral
- Capable de fournir un moniteur et un espace de travail à domicile silencieux et sans distraction (nous fournirons le reste)
- Un diplôme d'études secondaires / GED
