**Technicien **Audio-Visual** Bilingue**

**Bilingual Audio-Visual** Technician (On Site Longueuil)**
- Installe des équipements complexes de communication vocale et vidéo et des périphériques.
- Entretenir et réparer l'équipement, câble, lampes, amplificateur, écran,
- Supervise les activités de préparation du site, y compris les conduites, l'alimentation et les câbles de signalisation.
- Analyse, teste et répare les alarmes réseau de messagerie vocale, les systèmes de fichiers, les lecteurs de disque et la mise en réseau pour plusieurs conceptions de réseau, versions logicielles et plates-formes matérielles.
- Intègre, installe et teste des systèmes de communication complexes conformément aux normes applicables.
- Fournit un soutien technique pour une grande variété de systèmes audiovisuels et de télécommunications afin de répondre aux besoins de l'entreprise.
- Maintenir les modems pour les liaisons distantes et étendues afin de répondre aux besoins de l'entreprise.
- Effectue la configuration matérielle et logicielle complexe et l'installation des composants vocaux et vidéo.
- Documente les problèmes et/ou autres questions importantes, les configurations des clients, les demandes de modification et d'autres sujets pour assurer une réponse appropriée.
- Maintenir et mettre à jour l'inventaire des outils et de l'équipement audiovisuel
- Aider le personnel de soutien à enquêter et à résoudre les questions complexes d'importance du réseau de télécommunication des clients.
- Fournir, s'il y a lieu, un leadership et une orientation professionnelle au personnel moins expérimenté.
- ** Qualifications de base**:

- Diplôme d'études secondaires ou G.E.D.
- Quatre ans ou plus d'expérience dans l'iinstallation et réparation d'équipement audiovisuel, système de câblage, orienté solution réseau
- Expérience de travail avec les communications PC et la configuration de cartes réseau, téléphonie IP
- Expérience de travail avec les pratiques et procédures de câblage réseau

**Bilingual Audio-Visual** Technician (On Site Longueuil)**
- Installs complex voice and video communications equipment and peripheral devices.
- Maintain and repair equipment, cable, Lamps, Amplifier, screen,
- Oversees site preparation activities including conduit, power, and signal cable runs.
- Analyzes, tests and repairs voice mail network alarms, file systems, disk drives and networking for multiple network designs, software versions and hardware platforms.
- Integrates, installs, and tests complex communications systems in accordance with applicable standards.
- Provides technical support for a wide variety of Audio-Visual and telecommunication systems to meet business needs.
- Maintain modems for remotes and wide area linkages to meet business needs.
- Performs complex hardware and software configuration and setup of voice and video components.
- Documents problems and/or other matters of significance, customer configurations, change requests, and other topics to ensure appropriate response.
- Maintain and update inventory of tools and Audio-visual equipment
- Assists support personnel in investigating and resolving complex customer telecommunication network matters of significance.
- May provide leadership and work guidance to less experienced personnel.

**Basic Qualifications**
- High school diploma or G.E.D.
- Four or more years of experience in audio-Visual equipment, wiring system, network solution oriented
- Experience working with technical and operational capabilities and implementation procedures
- Experience working with PC communications and configuration of network cards
- Experience working with network cabling practices and procedures
- Experience with Zoom and other conference
- Repair hardware and software.
- Good Knowledge of **Video conference Cisco**:
