What our Financial Analyst do:

The Financial Analyst role is a key role within the Finance team, providing a range of services to the business.

You will be responsible for and provide expertise in the following areas:

Support the annual budgeting process for the North American business, and communicate with Group to update ongoing forecasts. Support the monthly forecasting process for North American entities. Support SQL Query development to assist in forecasting, billing, and reporting Assist with improving forecast accuracy and analytics capabilities. Assist with client profitability analysis. Prepare highquality and timely performance reporting for the regional Senior Leadership Team. Liaising with the finance reporting team to ensure reporting accuracy Obtain specialist knowledge of the sales and product function Support sales/commission analysis Collaborate effectively with stakeholders globally across US/UK/Europe/NZ Prepare regional reporting to Senior Leadership Team and BoD. Support robust financial modeling with Python Assist with integrating the platform database with the accounting system Identifying and driving forward ideas to continuously improve FNZs revenue opportunities, cost reductions, and overall profitability Other projects on an adhoc basisBeing a team contributor:
  • Define & implement FNZ capability to maintain a consistent & controlled trajectory of growth and achieve our business aspirations.
Govern growth in line with FNZ policy and local requirements. Support, control, and govern the development of business opportunities in existing client businesses and prospective deals in line with financial targets. Drive consistent & controlled 3rd party supplier selection, reducing FNZ costs while maintaining quality and time to market. Support the business in attaining Revenue Budgets. Drive optimal business solutions through 3rd party analysis and management processes

What we are looking for:
2 to 3 years of related experience Bachelor's Degree, ideally in a related field Knowledge of financial services Intermediate to advanced MS Excel skills Independent, selfdirecting, and deliveryfocused working style; Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail Ability to manage competing deadlines, problemsolve and analyze effectively Excellent organizational, administrative, and time management skills Good team communication skills, confident in dealing with internal and external clients Organizational management is key Ability to work under pressure as part of an effective team Confident and able to take the initiative in a client and deliveryfocused environment Intermediate to advance proficiency in SQL with proficiency in efficiently querying and analyzing big dataWhat are nicetohaves: CPA, Certified Public Accountant Experience in Finance, IT, or project management is desirable but not essential Intermediate to advance proficiency in analytical tools and languages (Python, Power BI, DataBricks), with proficiency in efficiently querying and analyzing big dataWhat we offer: 26 weeks of primary and secondary parental caregiver leave at full salary.
