Requirements for Real Estate Administrative Assistant:

Bilingual Skills:

  • Fluency in both written and spoken English and French
  • Ability to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues in both languages.

Organizational Skills:

  • Strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in maintaining accurate records, filing documents, and managing paperwork efficiently.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a wellorganized office environment.

Interpersonal Skills:

  • Excellent people skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Ability to interact positively and effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively convey information and provide exceptional customer service.

Administrative Experience:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in the real estate industry.
  • Knowledge of real estate terminology, processes, and documents is an advantage.

Time Management:

  • Proven ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
  • Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks and ensure timely completion of assignments.

Problem-Solving:

  • Ability to identify and resolve administrative issues independently.
  • Aptitude for finding creative solutions and adapting to changing circumstances.

Confidentiality and Ethics:

  • Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive client and company information.
  • Demonstrate ethical behavior and adhere to professional standards.

Flexibility and Adaptability:

  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings and weekends.
  • Ability to adapt to evolving priorities and handle unexpected challenges.

Technology Proficiency:

  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems or real estatespecific software is a plus.

  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Willingness to support colleagues and contribute to the overall success of the real estate office.

Salary:
$19.00-$20.00 per hour
