Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate records of financial transactions, ledgers, accounts, and bank statements.
  • Process invoices, payments, expense claims, and manage accounts receivable, accounts payableand payroll.
  • Assist in preparing financial statements, reports, budgets, and forecasts
  • Provide administrative support, manage finance-related correspondence, and maintain organized filing systems.
  • Communicate with vendors, clients, and stakeholders, and collaborate with other departments.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role; experience with accounting software preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel; strong numerical and analytical skills.
  • Attention to detail, high level of accuracy, excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Willingness to learn, adapt, work under pressure, meet deadlines, and assist with various finance-related tasks.
