Job Summary
Currently seeking an individual to join our processing team, who are essential in our day-to-day operations.

The Packaging and Labelling Tech will need to be detail oriented, knowledgeable in various Cannabis bud sizes, and pre-roll units.

The tech will collaborate with the Quality-Assurance and Processing Manager(s) daily to ensure our product is compliant, reliable, and safe.

Duties may also consist of various facility and garden maintenance.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Commit to Standard Operating Procedures to guarantee Cannabis Regulations are met.
  • Uphold our facility standards for legal and safe cannabis/edibles production.
  • Manage daily progress logs with a focus on accountability and transparency.
  • Be able to maintain a clean and sanitized workstation (production equipment, tools, etc).
  • Assist the Processing Manager in an effective and efficient manner.
  • Have the ability and/or experience in trimming and postharvest requirements.

Qualifications:

Required

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to pass security clearance (background check)
  • Ability to lift upto and move 50lbs, standing/bending/sitting for extended periods of time
  • A local resident in the Edmonton area and have dependable transportation
  • Ready to wear Personal Protective Equipment (including clothing covers, gloves, masks, hair net, etc.)
  • Basic math skills
  • Read and write English
  • Basic computer skills

Preferred Assets

  • Experience in food and beverage considered an asset
  • Experience in manufacturing considered an asset
  • Experience on assembly line production is an asset
  • Competencies in Canada's Cannabis Industry Policies (Cannabis Act)

Skills/ Assets/ Abilities

  • Basic skills with hand tools
  • Computer literacies such as Microsoft Office
  • Bilingual
