Director of

Canadian Wealth Management Operations Responsibilities:
# Define operational strategies and manage to the strategy through the development, execution, and delivery of operational policies and procedures and technology-enabled, innovative solutions.
# Develop and manage core relationships within the business lines and maintain internal partner and external partner relationships for efficient communication and support among all partners.

Develop, execute, align, and maintain operational strategies for Canadian Wealth Management.
# Direct strategic change to support services to improve the field experience and seek opportunities for growth and cost reduction.
# Ensure efficient and cost-effective operations by managing key relationships and external vendor relationships.
# Lead and motivate a multi-disciplinary team of operations specialists through development and alignment of regulatory policies.
# Consistently ensure proper reporting, regulatory and compliance issues are managed and delivered within required time frames.
# Demonstrated expertise in operations within the Wealth Management industry.
#7+ years of managerial experience in a front office and/or operational group/team with a Wealth organization.
# Mutual Funds product knowledge is an asset.
# Must be comfortable operating within a matrix management structure.
# Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
