What you'll be doing:


Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the Marketing Assistant will play a key role in supporting the marketing team in executing online campaigns & ads, event planning, content creation, design work, managing marketing materials and other admin duties as needed.

This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about marketing and seeking to develop their skills at a collaborative and innovative company.

Administrative support:Provide day-to-day administrative support to the team

Events:Assist in planning and organizing various sales trips, sponsored events and internal events

Creative Assistance:Assist in creation of marketing materials, presentations and social media content

Website:Responsible for updating and maintaining blog posts, manufacturers pages and other related content

Promotional Items:Assist in the procurement and inventory of various promotional related items

Content:Work with internal teams to create and distribute various content

Who you are:

  • College Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business degree with a concentration in Marketing or other relevant program
  • 1+ years of marketing experience, however we're willing to hire & train a recent grad
  • Excellent communication and written skills
  • Social media knowledge and experience
  • Experience with HubSpot and / or NetSuite is an asset
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Creative thinking abilities
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced and teamoriented environment
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite Programs (Powerpoint, Word and Excel)
