- fashion Regional Visual Merchandiser Manager to lead and implement merchandising standards and programs in the GTA. This position reports directly to the International Merchandiser Manager along with General Manager for Mango.
As Regional Visual Merchandise Manager, you will be a direct liaison between stores and the Product team by sharing feedback, trends and product needs.
You are a product and retail channel specialist who will set the vision to align with the strategy in support of the brand.
You will be responsible for training the merchandising and commercial strategy to the teams in the region and transmit the brand values to the customer.
- Here's some of what you'll do:_
- Support and create regional merchandising strategies and ensure that all concepts are understood by communicating the visual strategical decisions to contribute to every customer experience.
- Work in close contact with District Managers by guiding them in all visual aspects of the stores in the region. Support and schedule merchandising training opportunities with stores.
- Support and drive the use of sales indicators that affect the stores' strategic decisions by providing the right tools for teams, detecting what drives the sales and adapting the merchandising accordingly to maximize the shopping experience to every customer.
- Facilitate merchandising presentations in new store openings, renovations, and special events within the region to align the team with company culture and values.
- Recruit top talent to the regional merchandising teams to deliver on our commitment to provide an outstanding shopping experience to every customer.
- Encourage the store teams to promote the importance of visual merchandising as an essential brand building tool, which provides a superior customer experience.
- Ensure compliance with all country/local laws and regulations in the areas of health, safety, labour and employment, as well as any applicable company policies, guidelines, and procedures. Communicates all pertinent Company information to Stores.
- Here's what we're looking for:_
- Minimum 3 years of Visual and Retail merchandising or buying experience fashion industry would be considered an asset
- Proven ability to drive results, find solutions, work autonomously as required
- Strong and understanding of store operations
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problemsolving skills
