About the opportunity


The Manager of Standard Integrations, Web Services and Import Consulting (SIWI) is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of Ceridian HCM Standard Integrations, Web Services and Imports solutions through a team of technical consultants, primarily based in the Philippines and TCS and North America.

Key responsibilities include project staffing, customer relationship management, and performance/people management.

In addition, the Manager contributes to the growth of the SIWI practice and will lead and drive forward initiatives by partnering with cross-functional Ceridian teams as required by the business.

What you'll get to do

Manage Utilization Targets

  • Work with resource management and pod leads to distribute work for the team to ensure utilization targets are met.
  • Manage a team of integration consultants to ensure quality and ontime file implementations, working with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support the sales cycle through scoping, prospect meetings and solution reviews as required.
  • Complete new release training on a timely basis; be familiar with new and/or enhanced functionality in each product release.
Ensure High Customer Satisfaction

  • Ensure adherence to highest quality standards in project delivery consistently utilizing Ceridian HCM tools, techniques, and methodology.
  • Manage customer relationships and provide team oversight through Ceridian implementations.
  • Perform regular account reviews with SIWI consultants.
  • Motivate teams to document solutions and contribute to internal knowledge base.
  • Demonstrate thought leadership to resolve customer and business challenges; proactively address project escalations.
  • Participate in the company's internal, departmental, and crossdepartmental initiatives.
  • Identify ways to improve the SIWI Consultant practice by identifying areas for improvement within the Implementation and Value-Add Services and its business partners.
Increase engagement and capabilities/skills of Team Resources

  • Hire, train and manage a team of resources to execute fulfill practice objectives.
  • Provide coaching to improve performance and drive career development.
  • Build team expertise and confidence in SIWI practices delivery through realtime feedback, regular 1:1s, coaching and effective onboarding and training plans.
  • Actively listen to employee challenges and support the team by engaging with Project Sponsors, PMs and internal partners to address project risks.
  • Execute daytoday administrative tasks such as project and practice reporting updates, vacation scheduling, time entry approvals, etc. in a timely manner.

Skills and experience we value

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Master's degree or post graduate coursework an asset.
  • Experience in building and leading effective teams.
  • 5+ years in consultant role with Ceridian HCM an asset.
  • 25 years of experience in the Dayforce Standard Integrations including but not limited to Workday to Dayforce, SuccessFactors to Dayforce, MSD365 to Dayforce, Dayforce to NetSuite and Dayforce to Oracle integrations.
