What Makes This Role Significant

Our Store Team Members are inspired doers. They contribute to a positive in-store shopping experience by ensuring the store is always ready with available products that meet customer needs to live life well. Our Clerks engage customers through delightful conversation and product knowledge.

Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service by stocking store shelves and addressing customer needs
  • Maintain and stock displays that meet company standards
  • Ensure accurate product scanning, identify inventory needs, and assist with ordering
  • Set up company-directed promotions and programs
  • Keep department areas organized and uphold health and safety standards

  • A detail-oriented team player
  • Driven and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Resourceful and courteous in resolving customer inquiries
  • Motivated to expand knowledge and skills

Qualifications

No previous experience required. Training is provided for success.

Requirements

  • Flexible availability, including days, evenings, and weekends
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs and remain mobile throughout shift
  • Best suited for individuals not currently enrolled in schooling due to scheduling demands
