Public Disposal & Recycling Inc. is a Canadian company that provides full-service roll off disposal bin rentals.

We are currently searching for a permanent, full-time, Roll Off Bin Truck Driver to join our team who is self-motivated, a team player, has a positive attitude, and can provide a positive customer experience.


General Responsibilities:

  • Drive and operate a Roll Off Bin Truck
  • Conduct detailed pretrip inspections of equipment and assigned vehicles
  • Deliver and pick up disposal bins at customer locations, using a roll off system.
  • Level and tarp bins, ensuring they are safe for transport
  • Transport loads to assigned facilities following all safety requirements
  • Perform duties in a safe and efficient manner while abiding by all company policies and procedures
  • Accurately complete daily logbooks and inspections as well as online dispatch and routing system requirements (e.g. inputting weight slips, photos of delivery, etc.)
  • Act in accordance with the Ministry of Transportation and Ministry of Environment rules and regulations
  • Complete general maintenance of disposal bins to ensure they are in well working condition and are visually appealing
  • Ensure all bins are clean and free of debris before delivery
  • Assembly of driveway protection
  • Perform additional responsibilities and assignments as assigned by management

Requirements:

  • 3 Years of Heavy Vehicle Experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • DZ license required
  • Clean abstract/CVOR
  • Copy of drivers abstract
  • Ability to communicate professionally with customers, dispatch and all employees
  • Ability to multitask & prioritize tasks
  • Safety Boots
