Department Summary:
The Americas Infrastructure Security team ensures that processes / measures implemented by the group in the area of IT security and operational risks.
In addition to supporting security application within the Americas region, we also provide "Follow the sun support" across the Americas region and globally (Paris, Asia, etc.).
The position based in Montreal is focusing mainly on CyberArk and FTS, the candidate will also contribute to the security topics by providing security expertise for the Group.

WHAT WILL BE YOUR DAY-TO-DAY?
Main Responsibilities:
CyberArk Support
  • Responsible for L1 & L2 globally as part of the Follow The Sun Support (Paris, Asia and Americas).
  • Responsible for onboarding new applications on the Americas platform.
  • Automation of various onboarding and support tasks using scripts and/or other tools.
  • Responsible for implementation and enhancement of the SG AMER CyberArk infrastructure
Profile
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Technical Skills:
Must have:
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience of supporting CyberArk version 11.x and above.
  • Advanced Unix and Windows knowledge
  • 2 years of experience using AutoIT to customize FAT clients on CyberArk PSM servers
  • Strong scripting skills (PACLI, Python, Powershell. Etc.) to automate various CyberArk onboarding and operational support processes
  • Good MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Excel).
Competencies:Must have:
  • Experienced troubleshooting skills
  • Solid decision making and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Attention to detail and good organizational skills
  • Client Focus

Nice to have:
  • Knowledge of application architecture
  • French considered as asset

Prior Work ExperiencePrior experience that has demonstrated:

EducationMust have:
  • College degree
  • Strong interest in Information Security or Information Technology

Nice to have:
  • Specialization in Information Systems Security
  • CISSP, CISM, or CISA certifications
Languages: English

Ability to communicate in English, both orally and in writing, is a requirement as the person in this position will need to collaborate regularly with colleagues and partners in the United States.
