You will use engineering knowledge to provide technical post-sales support, find solutions to a wide variety of technical challenges and channel customer feedback to improve Ansys products.

Help customers with LS-DYNA and Ansys simulations.
Provide high-quality and timely customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
Improve Ansys software by submitting defects (bugs) and enhancement requests.
Learn new LS-DYNA and Ansys features to support new releases.
Help marketing and sales with demos and training material as needed.
Knowledge of LS-DYNA, Ansys or other structural CAE software (Abaqus, Radioss, Nastran, OptiStruct, Pam-Crash, etc.).
Fluent in writing and speaking English.
Projects a professional image and demonstrates business acumen; Enjoy helping others.
Master of engineering + 3 years of relevant experience or a PhD in engineering.
Crashworthiness, impact, drop test, and forming with explicit dynamic software.
Experience solving industrial problems with LS-DYNA.
Experience with metal plasticity and failure, hyper-elasticity, and composite materials.
Automation and customization with Python.
