What you'll do:


The individual will report directly to the TCO Director of Finance and will provide Payroll and General Accounting, support to all of the Larco managed hotels.


The responsibilities of this position include:

  • Manage ADP WFN payrolls as assigned;
  • Prepare and process biweekly payrolls;
  • Work with hotel operations teams to ensure accurate completion of payroll;
  • Process Daily Labour cost reporting and analysis;
  • Prepare payroll journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations;
  • Assist in the review and update of various payroll related Policies and Procedures.
  • Manage ADP WFN to ensure system is being used to its fullest capacity;
  • Other duties as assigned by the Director of Finance.

  • Minimum of three years recent, related payroll management experience required
  • Professional payroll or accounting designation preferred.
  • Highly motivated, a selfstarter and team player in a fastpaced environment
  • Good working knowledge of computer systems, including ADP WFN, and MS Office'
  • Extremely well organized and accurate with superb attention to detail
  • Professional, personable and conscientious

$80,000.00 per year
