PROFILE
This position can be based out of any of our Canadian offices

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct system administration tasks related to marketing technologies including user management.
  • Responsible for carrying out tasks related to the CRM Data Quality program including the collection, enrichment and maintenance of complete, consistent and compliant data.
  • Work closely with external data management service providers as required.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to recommend improved, standardized business processes through the use of CRM/marketing technology solutions.
  • Provide non technical end user support to a wide range of stakeholders including power users from the marketing and business development team pertaining to marketing technologies.
  • Work closely with Business Development and Marketing team (BDM) to understand and assess data mapping to CRM and other integrated technologies.
  • Coordinate with trainers to assist in the creation of enduser reference materials, reporting templates, documentation, guides, polices and procedures pertaining to marketing technologies.
  • Assist with communicating and implementing best practices pertaining to CRM data privacy and compliance.
  • Coordinate design and creation of custom reporting in the Firm's CRM system.
  • Work with third party suppliers and the firm Information Technology (IT) teams, assist with the development, integration, enhancements, testing and upgrades to CRM system.
  • Assist with the ongoing assessment and evolution of the Firm's CRM system.
  • May participate in other BD and marketing related initiatives as requested.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Postsecondary education in Business, Marketing or related field.
  • 2+ years experience with CRM (Microsoft Dynamics and/or similar) as a power user and/or administrator.
  • Understanding of marketing technologies and marketing automation principles.
  • Ability to analyse data and create reports with findings.
  • Ability to prioritize and to redefine priorities when necessary and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and teamwork skills.
  • Provide outstanding internal and external client service.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Bilingualism (French/English) is an asset.
