Reporting to the Partners in Vancouver, the Search Associate contributes to all functions related to the execution of executive search mandates.

This includes development of the research strategy, drafting search process documents, identifying potential candidates, contracting and assessing potential candidates, managing relationships with candidates, and supporting Consultants and Partners as required, including in the logistics and coordination of executive search processes.

Contact sources to gather market intelligence and identify potential candidates;
Support the Consultant/ Partner in effective project management through proactive planning and organisation to meet project timelines and milestones

A post-secondary degree in business/commerce, human resources, communications or a related field;
Professional-level English language skills,
Demonstrated experience with in-depth online research and analytical skills,
Competence and comfort using modern technologies and business tools including CRM software,
Knowledge of business and human resource best practices will be an asset,
Knowledge of Canadian Indigenous communities and markets will be an asset.

Able to contribute to the company's brand image through respect, openness, and a culturally sensitive approach.
