Responsibilities:

  • Perform general and deep cleaning housekeeping duties including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning floors, carpets, and surfaces
  • Clean and sanitize Motel guest rooms, suites, bathrooms, and other common areas
  • Make beds and change linens
  • Launder bedding and linens
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Communicate effectively with team members
  • Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
  • Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages

Experience:

  • Previous experience in residential cleaning or hospitality is preferred but not required
  • Strong organizational skills to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • Excellent attention to detail to ensure highquality cleaning results
  • Good communication skills to interact with Motel's Authority and team members
  • Flexible work schedule
