About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Hotel Housekeeper to join our team at Comfort Inn & Suites. As a Hotel Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our hotel rooms and public areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Room Cleaning: Ensure that all hotel rooms are cleaned and prepared for guests, including making beds, changing linens, and restocking amenities.
  • Public Area Cleaning: Clean and maintain public areas, including the lobby, hallways, and common rooms.
  • Laundry and Linen Management: Sort, wash, and fold laundry, and restock linens and towels.
  • Lost and Found: Handle and report lost and found items to the front desk.
  • Guest Services: Attend to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items, and provide excellent customer service.
  • Housekeeping Equipment Maintenance: Clean and maintain housekeeping equipment, including vacuum cleaners and mops.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: Will train
  • Physical Demands: Bending, crouching, kneeling, and repetitive tasks
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
