Le salaire initial actuel est de 22.24 $ l'heure, conformément à la convention collective de l'AIMTA - Finances, avec la possibilité d'un salaire initial plus élevé, en fonction de la formation et de l'expérience. Passage régulier à un échelon supérieur, jusqu'à 26,02$ l'heure ou davantage en cas de perfectionnement et de promotion à d'autres postes.

Horaire de travail : Travail à temps plein du lundi au vendredi. Heure de début flexible, entre 7 h et 10 h, et heures de début fixes pendant la formation et d'autres périodes, selon les exigences d'exploitation.

**Description**

Assumer la responsabilité du paiement exact et dans les délais prévus des sommes dues aux employés d'Air Canada tout en protégeant les intérêts de la Société et la confidentialité des renseignements des employés:

- Effectuer des fonctions complexes et spécialisées liées à la paie, conformément à des procédures clairement définies.
- Préparer la correspondance, électronique ou postale, destinée aux parties prenantes internes et externes.
- Mettre à jour les renseignements sur les paies en recueillant, en calculant et en entrant des données.
- Préparer des rapports et des remises en compilant des sommaires des gains, des taxes, des déductions et d'autres effets liés à la paie.
- Corriger les erreurs de paie en recueillant et en analysant des renseignements.
- Fournir des renseignements sur la paie en répondant aux questions et aux demandes.
- Tenir à jour les activités liées à la paie en suivant les politiques et les procédures; signaler les changements nécessaires.
- Maintenir la confiance des employés et protéger les activités liées à la paie en assurant la confidentialité des renseignements.
- Contribuer à l'effort d'équipe en obtenant les résultats connexes, au besoin.

**Qualifications**
- Au moins deux années d'expérience liée à la paie, souhaitable.
- Réussite des cours de l'Institut national de la paie intitulés Législation sur la conformité de la paie et Principes fondamentaux de la paie 1, et poursuite du programme d'accréditation de Spécialiste en conformité de la paie (SCP) ou de Gestionnaire accrédité de la paie (GAP).
- Capacité avérée d'analyse et de résolution de problèmes.
- Talent marqué pour les relations interpersonnelles et la communication orale et écrite.
- Habileté à travailler sous pression et à respecter des délais serrés.
- Capacité non seulement d'effectuer plusieurs tâches simultanément, mais aussi de prévoir les processus à suivre avant de recevoir une demande à cet effet.
- Habileté à travailler de façon autonome et au sein d'une équipe.
- Capacité d'établir la priorité des tâches et de faire preuve de jugement.
- Connaissance pratique de la fonction relative aux ressources humaines et à la paie de PeopleSoft, un atout.
- Maîtrise des logiciels pour PC Word et Excel, ainsi que du courrier électronique.
- Bilinguisme, un atout.
