We are actively seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Clinical Quality Manager to join our healthcare leadership team.

In this pivotal role, you will be at the forefront of overseeing continuous quality improvements in patient care through monitoring provider practices; enhancing clinical policies, processes and standards; managing incidents; As an integral member of our quality management team, you will collaborate closely with medical leadership, healthcare professionals across the organization and other stakeholders to spearhead continuous improvement initiatives.

Additionally, staying at the forefront of healthcare trends and integrating innovative strategies into quality improvement initiatives will allow you to focus on health equity practices, act as a mentor and resource for clinical staff, foster accountability and a commitment to quality standards, and champion the organization's commitment to health equity by bringing particular attention to issues faced by rural Canadians, indigenous communities, and other underserved populations.


Clinical Indicators :
Collaborate in establishing quantifiable performance indicators and benchmarks for clinical quality, patient safety, patient experience and health equity.

Clinical Performance :

Evaluate clinical performance and support optimization of clinical processes, workflows, and protocols to elevate safety, driving superior care and better patient outcomes.

Forge interdisciplinary partnerships to conceive and enact robust quality improvement plans that drive favorable clinical outcomes and amplify patient experiences.


Education Leadership :
Collaborate to develop education and communication strategies, impart quality improvement methodologies, best practices, and compliance standards for professionals.

Data-Driven Insights :

Inform collection, analysis and interpretation of clinical data to unveil trends, patterns, and avenues for elevating patient care and clinical outcomes.


Policy Innovation :

Contribute to the development and refinement of clinical policies, protocols and procedures, ensuring they remain aligned with current evidence-based practices and regulatory requisites.

Regularly prepare and present comprehensive reports on quality performance metrics, ongoing improvement projects, and well-informed recommendations for medical leadership.

Possess a Bachelor's degree or higher in nursing, allied health, health sciences or health administration, with active registration in relevant regulatory college.

Certification in quality improvement is preferred

General Experience :
Present minimum of 5 years' experience within a healthcare environment. Proven ability to lead projects, drive change, foster a culture of continuous improvement and health equity.

Clinical Quality :
Preferred background in organizational quality improvement and quality assurance, with a strong grasp of associated methodologies.

Regulatory Environment :
Demonstrate a profound comprehension of healthcare regulations and standards.
Possess an analytical mindset with the proficiency to decipher and leverage data for strategic decision-making.
Proficiency in use of Microsoft tools (Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams) and new technologies
