Ce que vous ferez (What you will do):

Au sein de l'organisation IPT Structures, vous agirez en tant que professionnel de l'ingénierie d'intégration pour le développement d'un nouveau type d'aéronef destiné au marché des UAM autonomes. Vous assisterez le responsable de l'IPT. Vous dirigerez l'équipe d'ingénierie interfonctionnelle. Vous élaborerez un plan et harmoniserez les programmes d'action pour le développement des produits. Vous travaillerez avec des fournisseurs externes. Vous identifierez les problèmes et les risques liés à la plateforme et proposerez des plans d'action pour les atténuer. Vous évaluerez l'impact de toutes les demandes de modification des produits au niveau de l'intégration des aéronefs et fournirez les déclarations d'impact appropriées dans le cadre de l'avancement du programme de modification. Vous élaborerez des procédures d'essai pour l'intégration des aéronefs et effectuerez les essais appropriés sur le banc d'essai. Vous assurerez la liaison avec les groupes de travail de l'IPT d'ingénierie dans l'exécution de leurs tâches quotidiennes afin de garantir le respect des objectifs et du calendrier de conception au niveau de l'aéronef. Vous soutiendrez les groupes de travail de l'IPT de l'ingénierie dans la résolution de tout problème d'intégration entre groupes de travail. Vous assurerez la liaison avec l'organisation de gestion des programmes afin d'harmoniser les projets en cours et de garantir une exécution sans faille conformément aux engagements convenus en matière d'étapes du programme. Vous préparerez, fournirez et présenterez des rapports d'avancement ainsi que des plans d'action à l'appui lors des revues de l'équipe intégrée des produits concernée. Vous représenterez l'IPT en tant que délégué officiel, le cas échéant, au comité de changement du programme. Certains déplacements seront nécessaires. As part of the Structures IPT organization, you will act as a Staff Integration Engineering Professional for a novel type of aircraft development targeting the autonomous UAM market You will support the Manager of IPT Lead cross functional engineering team Develop plan and harmonizing action plans for product development Work with external vendors Identify platform issues & risks and propose action plans to mitigate Evaluate all Product Change Requests for impacts at the Aircraft Integration level and provide appropriate impact statements into the program change progress Develop Aircraft Integration test procedures and conduct appropriate rig testing Liaise with the Engineering IPT WPs in the execution of their daily tasks to ensure Aircraft Level design objectives and schedule is being maintained. Support the Engineering IPT WPs in the resolution of any cross WP integration issues Liaise with the Program Management Organization to harmonize on-going projects to ensure a seamless execution per agreed program milestone commitments Prepare, provide, and present progress reports together with supporting action plans to the applicable Integrated Product Team reviews Represent the IPT as a formal delegate as required at the program Change Board Some travel will be required

Votre parcours (What you have done):

Vous avez d'excellentes compétences en matière de résolution de problèmes et de dépannage. Vous avez une bonne connaissance du processus de certification des parties 23 et 27. Vous avez de bonnes compétences en matière de présentation et de rédaction technique. Vous avez soutenu des programmes de développement dans le passé et travaillé en étroite collaboration avec des fournisseurs externes. Vous disposez d'une bonne capacité à travailler avec une supervision limitée, organisation, esprit d'équipe positif, motivation personnelle, souci du client et capacité à travailler sous pression. Vous devez également faire preuve d'initiative, d'innovation, de leadership, d'un sens aigu des responsabilités et d'intégrité, d'adaptabilité, de bonnes aptitudes à la communication interpersonnelle, d'un bon jugement en matière d'ingénierie et d'une volonté d'obtenir des résultats. 8 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, or Electrical Engineering; or 6 years and a Master's degree; or a PhD with 3 years experience; or equivalent experience. You possess a good understanding of all facets of systems/structures definition, integration, safety and certification processes You have excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills You have a good knowledge of Part 23 & 27 certification process You have good presentation and technical writing skills You have a supported development programs in the past and worked closely with external vendors Ability to work with limited supervision, be organized, a positive team player, a self-motivated person, Customer focused, and able to work under pressure. You must also show initiative, innovation, leadership, a strong sense of responsibility and integrity, adaptability, have good interpersonal communication skills, have a good engineering judgment, and drive for results.
